Presentation slot
Gold sponsors are entitled to deliver a presentation in their chosen topic. Presenters can choose between a 45 minute slot or a 20 minute slot (Lightweight talk). (Please see the ‘Speakers’ section for the list of relevant topics and for submitting the abstract of your presentation.)
Breakout session/workshop
Gold sponsors are entitled to have a workshop organized for a limited audience (up to 20 participants) in a breakout session. These sessions will take place parallel to the main conference and can be 30 to 45 minutes long.
Participants will be required to pre-register for these sessions. Workshops cannot be run in hybrid mode, therefore you have to choose whether you would like to run your session in-person (on-site) or online (participants will be asked to register accordingly, as well).
Image video on conference website
Gold sponsors are entitled to have their video embedded in our conference website’s Sponsor section. Image videos will have no length limit, however, we recommend videos that are no longer than 5 mins (ideally 1-3 mins) to maximize exposure.
Exhibition opportunity (hybrid event)
Gold and Silver sponsors are entitled to have a booth exhibition on-site (an area will be provided with a table and two chairs for booth staff). Sponsors are free to display marketing materials in their booth area (3 square meters).
Exhibition opportunity (online event)
In case of the online event, there will be virtual booth subpages on the https://agilegettogether.hu/ Website which will allow participants to interact with your brand. The provided subpage will be customized and you can have embedded video(s), pictures, text and links included as well as a live video chat opportunity through Zoom or Teams link provided by the sponsor company.
Special offer
(i.e. Product discount offer or discount coupon for participants): Promotional codes or coupons (online or offline) can be distributed via our pre-conference or post-conference communication newsletter to all registered participants.
Welcome gift package insert
All sponsors are entitled to place flyers and/or branded gifts in the welcome gift package of the Conference to be given to all on-site participants.
Free conference tickets
All sponsors are entitled to receive free conference tickets to distribute for their invited participants in the conference. For the exact number of available tickets, please refer to your chosen sponsorship package (above)
Option to buy tickets at early-bird price
All sponsors are eligible to buy early bird price tickets (15% off of the original price) for the conference to be distributed among own employees or business partners. Please refer to your chosen sponsorship package for the exact number of tickets (above).
